John is a passionate and dedicated individual at the forefront of a new ministry in Emotional Intelligence (EQ.) After almost 30 years of local church ministry, John felt God’s call to serve fellow clergy by founding We Do EQ. This organization utilizes the science of emotional intelligence to equip and empower ministry practitioners through training, coaching, and consulting.
