This process is highly personalized, tailored to each individual's unique needs and aspirations, thereby empowering clients to make positive changes in their lives.

How long does a typical coaching or consulting engagement last?

The duration of engagement can vary based on individual goals and needs. While some clients find value in a few sessions focused on specific issues or challenges, most engagements are longer-term, between six and twelve months. Like all skills, developing emotionally intelligent practices takes time. Longer-term commitments will achieve more substantial personal and professional transformation. A consultation call discussing your goals and objectives will help determine the best timeline for your EQ journey.
