What is EQ consultation, and how does it work?

EQ consultation takes many forms and an individualized plan will be developed with clients after an initial interview. After a period of discernment, we will assess current needs and desired long-term outcomes. Usually the engagement requires both coaching for leadership and organizational training. The underlying goal will be a conscious cultural shift within the context to prioritize healthy emotional processing and interaction.

How long does a typical coaching or consulting engagement last?

The duration of engagement can vary based on individual goals and needs. While some clients find value in a few sessions focused on specific issues or challenges, most engagements are longer-term, between six and twelve months. Like all skills, developing emotionally intelligent practices takes time. Longer-term commitments will achieve more substantial personal and professional transformation. A consultation call discussing your goals and objectives will help determine the best timeline for your EQ journey.
